We want to develop student leaders and well-rounded individuals. To help accomplish this goal, we provide opportunities for clubs and organizations to thrive at St. John’s.
Eagle Ambassadors
Open to 7th & 8th grade students who apply to be a part of this organization, Eagle Ambassadors learn leadership skills through service opportunities both at and beyond St. John’s.
Scholastic Bowl
Our team competes against other schools and has one the regional championship a couple of times.
National Junior Honor Society
Our chapter of the National Junior Honor Society provides more opportunities for growth for 7th and 8th graders.
Illinois Music Educators Association
Illinois Music Educators Association festivals for choir, band and jazz. In 2022, all 15 students that auditioned were accepted!
St. John’s Youth Choir
St. John’s Youth Choir rehearses after school and sings for various events.
Christmas Programs
Christmas Programs our students work hard to prepare incredible Christmas programs. Three different programs are presented: preschool, Kindergarten through 3rd grade, 4th through 8th grade
